Returns and Refunds Policy

At Kegland EU, we strive to ensure your brewing and dispensing equipment arrives in perfect condition; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, perishable food items and ingredients cannot be returned once the vacuum seal is broken.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via the portal with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees or rejection.

  Shipping the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
